By accessing and using Eastside Shawarma's online ordering menu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Orders & Pricing

When placing an order with Eastside Shawarma you agree that:

• All prices are listed in the restaurant's selected currency and include applicable taxes where stated.
• Eastside Shawarma reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation.
• Menu items, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
• Estimated preparation and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Pickup & Delivery

For delivery orders, you must provide a valid delivery address within Eastside Shawarma's service area. For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Advance/scheduled orders are subject to Eastside Shawarma's available time slots.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the methods enabled by Eastside Shawarma. Where cash on delivery or card on delivery is offered, payment is due upon receipt of the order. For online payments, your payment is processed securely by the chosen payment provider.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once Eastside Shawarma has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Eastside Shawarma in line with applicable law.

6. Conduct

You agree not to abuse the ordering system, provide false information, or act in a way that disrupts Eastside Shawarma's service or staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eastside Shawarma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the online menu. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

Eastside Shawarma may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the online menu after changes constitutes acceptance.
